Hikvision-branded and Hikvision-manufactured unbranded products purchased from Marquis Group, Inc. may not be sold, supplied, installed, or used in U.S. Federal Government or State Government projects, contracts, or facilities where NDAA compliance or other government procurement restrictions apply.

This restriction applies to purchasers, resellers, distributors, installers, integrators, subcontractors, and other parties supplying equipment for government projects.

The purchaser is responsible for verifying all applicable legal, contractual, and procurement requirements before purchasing, reselling, or deploying these products.
